About Pastor Scott McGinnis

On September 10, 2017, we welcomed Pastor Scott McGinnis to the FPC pulpit to lead God's people in this place to our next phase of ministry!  

 

 

Scott graduated in History from UCLA-Santa Barbara, received his Master of Divinity from Regent College in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and studied at Fuller Seminary in California. After ministering for the past seven years in a church in California, he and his wife, Sonday, felt God was calling them to Kansas.  

 

Scott and his wife, Sonday, are parents to Jonathan, Elise, and Evan.  Sonday is a Labor & Delivery RN and an avid gardener, with a heart for medical missions.
